PROTACs (PROteolysis TArgeting Chimeras) consist of binding moieties for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and a target protein joined by a linker. We provide parental inhibitors of known efficieint PROTACs, which can be used as a control in PROTAC assays, or as a component to make new PROTACs.
