PROTACs (PROteolysis TArgeting Chimeras) consist of binding moieties for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and a target protein joined by a linker. We provide parental inhibitors of known efficient PROTACs, E3 ligase ligands as well as their conjungates with different linkers.
