We provide sensitive, luminol-based enhanced chemiluminescent substrate Lumi-Errand™ for detecting horsseradish peroxidase (HRP) on immunoblots. Our Lumi-Errand™ Chemiluminescent Substrate enables low picogram of antigen by oxidizing luminol in the presence of HRP and peroxide. This reaction provides a prolonged chemiluminescence that can be visualized on X-ray film or GelDoc imaging system.
